I had my third child yesterday, December 27th, at about 12:30. He weighs 6 pounds, 12 ounces and is just about 20 inches long. We tried for a VBAC (as I had successfully done with Munchkin) but that was not the Lord’s will for this birth and I had a c-section under general anesthesia. I am definitely sore today, but my husband and I are very grateful that both Baby and I are doing well.

Our Bitty Bean is a BOY!!!!!!

We haven’t decided on a name yet, mostly because we’re kind of shocked ourselves. We thought for sure that after two girls we’d end up with another girl.

Now I have to find blue clothes… at least I have gender neutral color everything else (car seat, stroller, playpen, etc., etc.)

Oh, and I need to buy some running shoes. LOL.

Munchkin and Daddy will pick the winner of the contest when Daddy gets home tonight!
